ADOPTABLE FRIENDS

Every once in awhile there comes an animal to our clinic who needs extra help. Many are strays that our staff have brought in, while others have come to us from friends needing extra help.

Each of our mascot friends have been treated for all their needs and adopted out.

Allie

What a beautiful young girl. This lovely calico wondered into a home as a stray and had a litter of kittens. The family is able to look after the kittens, but Allie needs a place of her own. She is spayed and ready to enjoy living out her life with in a new home.

Rif Raf has been adopted

This lovable, older guy has quite a past. He was found as a stray. How this lovable, declawed, neutered male could be homeless is beyond us. Rif has had exposure to the elements that has taken a bit of a toll on his body, but his heart and spirit are so very bright and loving.

PAST FRIENDS

Charlie, a lovable stray that now helps give care to seniors in a home.

Tuna and Sushi, a mom and son who came to us during delivery problems. They are living with a mother and son team.

Tinsel, a sweet youngster who has joined a family who loves gray cats.

Hello to the Martindale team, My son and I adopted Tuna and Sushi in 2010 from Martindale! Unfortunately, our Tuna passed away from a virus about 2'years ago. Sushi is still living with us and is doing awesome. Last April I moved to Ottawa and she is now happy and settled in our new condo with her friend cat Lucky-Max (I found Lucky in a field in 2011). I would have loved to send you a recent picture of Sushi but this email doesn't allow an attachment. Send me an email if you would like one. The vet I saw last week said "she is a bit on the hefty side", and she obviously took offence to that comment (but it is somewhat true). She eats very well (Healthy Advantage is the equivalent of our filet mignon if we judge by the price for a bag!!!) and she is well taken care of and loved!!! Just wanted to give you an update and thank you again for saving her life when she was brought to you by her previous owner. Sincerely, Helene Tanguay.
