In 2006, I joined the Martindale team as a high school co-op student. I was eventually hired as a Veterinary Assistant. After a year, I had gained a lot of great knowledge and experience from the team at Martindale. This made me want to become a Registered Veterinary Technician.

In the fall of 2007, I attended Medaille College. While I was attending college, I continued to work at Martindale as a receptionist. The employees of Martindale have a lot of pride in how clients and the public perceive the clinic. It is very important to me for clients to have trust in us and I always want clients to feel important and comfortable.

I enjoy the company of my numerous animals.  My crew consists of Willy an excitable Lab cross; Oliver the three legged Siamese cross; Abbi a sweet calico, Ameilia another trouble making calico, and Oakley a rambunctious Shepherd. This big group of critters definitely keeps me on my toes. In my spare time, I enjoy running, doing yoga, and spending time with family and friends.

I am so proud to be part of this great team. I know that our patients are receiving the best level of medicine and care. Everyone here treats the patients like they are their own. I enjoy giving animals a voice that they don’t have.
